For our Senior students we offer Ballet, Pointe, Modern, Tap, Contemporary, Commercial, Jazz and Acro classes:
The Seniors age category covers Grades 3 and above. If you are unsure which grade would be most appropriate please get in touch.
BALLET
A classical dance style that builds strong technique, posture, coordination and flexibility. Ballet is graceful and disciplined, and forms the foundation for many other dance styles.

CONTEMPORARY: A fluid and expressive style that blends ballet and modern techniques. Contemporary encourages freedom of movement, creativity and emotional connection.
COMMERCIAL: The style you often see in music videos and on stage with pop artists. Commercial is powerful, stylish and performance-based, combining elements of street, jazz and hip hop.
